Many years of Yoga studies with leaders in the field, such as Bikram, John Friend (Anusara), Iyengar and Yin Yoga. These are the main interpretations that I studied. However, Hatha Yoga remains the only true style of Yoga.

Stress management is an integral part of the Yoga discipline and I expanded my studies in that direction in Neuroscience Studies, Mindfulness and Sound Therapy.

Pilates proved to be a must discipline for me as it had more emphasis on Alignment, Spine and Posture correction. I completed a three-stage program to reach Pilates’ advanced level requirements set by its Founder.

I continue to stay abreast of current developments in my field through online studies offered by many universities. They now offer state-of-the art techniques and the most recent developments in health and wellbeing.
